1. Introduction

Welcome to Brave Icon Packers and Movers Group. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking our relocation services.

2. Service Agreement

Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of goods. Specific services will be detailed in your quotation and service agreement. Any additional services requested after the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on the information provided during the survey. Changes in scope, volume, or destination may result in revised pricing. GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Insurance and Liability

Basic transit insurance is included in our standard services. Comprehensive all-risk insurance is available upon request. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the insurance coverage selected.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled move date are eligible for a full refund of advance payments. Cancellations within 48-72 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
